Forehead Lift and Brow Lift

This surgery helps to lift drooping eyebrows and exterior corners of eyes and to smoothen wrinkles in the area of forehead. The eyebrows move downwards with the age and cause sad appearance of eyes and entire face.

There are two methods

1.classically
2.endoscopically

By classically method of Forehead Lift an incision is lead in the hairy part of head above forehead and the skin is gradually loosened until the root of nose. After breaking of mimic muscles that cause creation of wrinkles on the forehead, the loosened skin is tightened and its excess is removed. The final scar is hidden in hair, so it looks aesthetically.

By endoscopic surgery an optic is used, which enables to insert surgical devices through small incisions in the hair. The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia.

After Forehead Lift

• 1-2 day hospitalization is necessary
• Compression bandage is removed in five days and the patient can wash hair.
• The sutures are removed in 12-14 days.
