Foreskin Plastic Surgery („circumcision“)

An agreement concerning the extent of the procedure between the client and the surgeon is necessary before the beginning of the procedure. It is possible to perform foreskin reduction:

It can be performed as an outpatient procedure or with one day hospitalization. The surgery is performed under short general or spinal anaesthesia. Local anaesthesia is not recommended, if not necessary because of client's internal condition. The reason is bad spatial orientation of the surgeon in a terrain filed with local anesthetic. It can lead to worse aesthetic result.
The plastic surgery of foreskin starts with an incision in a shape of letter W (analogy to more common Z surgeries). Follows its resection and suturing of the inner and outer side of foreskin by each quadrant. In case of short frenulum a cosmetic lengthening of this area is added. The suturing material is absorbable and does not require further removal. The treated area is sterilely covered.
