The surgeon commonly takes photos from frontal and lateral view and from para side view. He will also measure your breasts and according to your age and family anamnesis he will recommend to you a mammography (roentgen) or ultrasound examination of your breasts.

During mammoplasty and breast modification is the skin excess removed, in case of breast volume reduction we reduce also part of mammary gland. Final scars remain around the areola then vertically down into the inframammary fold and alongside in this fold.

The surgery is performed under general anaesthesia with one or two days stay at the hospital.
