  - Analysis of medical documentation and current examination, diskussion with patients and formulation of individual plan of anaesthesia. Evaluation of probability of possibly complications and determination of their prophylaxis and solution.

  -  Position of anaesthesia consultant at the biggest obstetric clinic in the Czech Republic.Contribution to important increase in application and availability of epidural anaesthesia by spontaneous labour based on previous scientific survey and clinical experience.
  - Creation of universal documentation for obstetrical analgesia to collect data and make statistics easier.
  - Direct cooperation with producers of epidural sets and needles. Testing of new types of needles for spinal anaesthesia to minimize headache as complication for this type of anaesthesia.
  - Leading of perioperative care of pregnant patients, who suffer from pre-eclampsia, HELLP syndrom, acute obstetric bleeding, gestational diabetes and heart and kidneys diseases.
  - Formulation of effective methods of postoperative damping of pain with special aspect to PCA /orient controlled analgesia/ .
  - Combined anaesthesia for extensive surgical treatments in gynecological oncosurgery.
